Doggos

House.

Dedicated to preserving IRL doggos' lives – Doggos House is also a space for artists to create new representations and narratives around the doggos.

Use them as PFP, print them, or do whatever you want with them. Anything you can imagine. They're CC0 – no copyright!

wtf?

Doggos House is an NFT collection of 4,200 randomly generated doggos on the Ethereum blockchain. They are CC0, a.k.a. in the public domain – no copyright!

cc0?

cc0 = public domain. It is permissionless and open-sourced. It means anyone can use them for any purpose, even commercially, without asking anything from anyone. This allows the doggos to constantly evolve and embrace endless new forms of representation and narratives.

By adopting CC0, anyone can use or build with it – just like Doggos House included the iconic Nouns' noggles ⌐◨-◨ . Anyone can make anything happen. That's magical ✨

what about utility?

Art, fun, doggos.

first time minting?

Follow these 3 simple steps to mint an NFT for the first time.

  1. Set up a wallet. You need an Ethereum wallet. You can create one directly on MetaMask (https://metamask.io/) or the Rainbow app (https://rainbow.me/). Note that exchange wallets such as Binance, Coinbase, Bitso, and others won't work. You need a non-custodial wallet to interact with web3 and dApps (e.g., NFT smart contracts).

  2. Transfer funds. Now you need to fund your non-custodial wallet. You can now use Binance, Coinbase, Bitso, or other exchanges to transfer ether (ETH) to your MetaMask or Rainbow wallet on the Ethereum network. You'll need a few dollars to mint –even free mints need to pay for gas to execute.

  3. Minting. You'll need to connect your wallet when you're on the minting page (https://bueno.art/zsje5bk5ck2rxepdysgvz/doggos-house). You can connect using the MetaMask browser extension or with Rainbow using WalletConnect.

    A. Using MetaMask. If you're using the MetaMaskM extension, click on the correct option, and a window will pop up. It will ask you to connect your wallet to the site (this won't trigger a transaction, and it's free) –Hit connect.

Now that your wallet is connected to the site, you may select the number of mints and hit the 'mint' button. A new window will pop up asking to approve the minting. This time you'll see an amount to pay + gas (e.g., the network fee). Now you need to wait until the minting goes through, and you're done!

    B. Using Rainbow. If you're using the Rainbow app, click on the WalletConnect option, and a window with a QR code will pop up. Use your Rainbow app to scan the QR code. Once you scan it, a text window will pop up on your Rainbow app. It will ask you to connect your wallet to the site (this won't trigger a transaction, and it's free) –Hit connect.

Now that your wallet is connected to the site, you may select the number of mints and hit the 'mint' button. A new text window will pop up on your Rainbow app, asking you to approve the minting. This time you'll see an amount to pay + gas (e.g., the network fee). Hit approve. Now you need to wait until the minting goes through, and you're done!

  4. You've minted. Once the transaction goes through, you'll see your NFT in your wallet. You are now a proud holder of Doggos House!
